Covid-19 Update We are closely following government guidelines in our club and are taking guidance from the industry body UKActive in the UK.

Our members can easily maintain at least a 2m distance from each other in all areas of the club, including our Group Exercise Studios where we’ve created 2.5m spaces for all class participants. We’re helping to facilitate social distancing via the following measures:

Bookings are limited for group exercise classes to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

We’re using signage and clear floor markings to help members to remain a safe distance apart and team members are on hand throughout our Clubs to support.

We have reduced the number of people in the pool at any one time.

Sanitising stations are available in all areas of the gym.

Increased cleaning checks across the whole of the gym have been implemented.

    Become a Warrior

    Take your training to the next level in our fully equipped, functional training playground.

    Battle your way through one of our strength or cardio based Group Functional Training (GFT) sessions to discover your inner warrior and achieve your fitness goals.

    Ideal for shaping and defining, our GFT WARRIOR; GFT FORCE and GFT GRIP sessions are 30-minutes of power! These strength-based workouts offer a full body workout from top-to-toe, as our friendly and dedicated personal trainers offer coaching, guidance, and motivation throughout.

    Or why not try GFT BLAST? Burn around 500 calories with this 30-minute cardio H.I.I.T session. Ideal for stripping body fat, to improve muscle definition.

    Ready to Ride

    Take your cardio training to the next level with our Group Cycle classes. Each 30-minute workout is great for lower body training, burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.

    Suitable for all fitness levels – our instructor led sessions take you on an ultimate journey, as you work out to fun and funky, upbeat music.

    Manager, Lee Halsall, said: “New members often say, “I’m not fit enough to do a Cycle class” and in return I always say, “Well how do you think you get fit? By coming to the classes!” I just advise members to take the class at their own pace to begin. Within a few sessions you’ll soon get the hang of it and soon you’ll start seeing the awesome benefits.

    Stretch & Reset

    Yoga is an ideal way to compliment any strength or cardio training as it helps lengthen and repair muscles and promotes joint and muscle recovery.

    Our 45-minute sessions will test and develop your flexibility; condition your muscles; and leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

    Try one of our Vinyasa Flow sessions for more of a “fitness yoga” workout or a Slow Flow session if you’re looking for more of a full body “reset” and to calm your soul.
