Take your cardio training to the next level with our Group Cycle classes. Each 30-minute workout is great for lower body training, burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Suitable for all fitness levels – our instructor led sessions take you on an ultimate journey, as you work out to fun and funky, upbeat music.
